Every lead includes the homeowner's name, phone, email, ZIP, service needed, home type and timeline. Homeowners give recorded consent to be contacted. Invalid or duplicate leads are credited back. We'll never promise lead volumes we can't back up: we're a new site, and our founding prices reflect that.
Why our prices are where they are
Shared leads on the big marketplaces are commonly reported at $15–$85 or more, typically sent to 3–8 contractors, plus an annual membership. Water-treatment-specific exclusive leads are commonly quoted at about $95–$220. We price below those figures, cap shared leads at 3 pros and charge no membership fee.
