What Austin homeowners send us
Homeowners request quotes on our Austin pages (Austin pros, softener cost). The form collects:
- Name
- ZIP code
- Phone or email (at least one is required; many give both)
- Service needed: water softener, reverse osmosis, whole-house filtration, softener + RO, well water treatment, repair/service, or "not sure: test my water"
- Optional: home type (own/rent/business), timeline and notes
- The page they asked from, plus the time
The consent we record
Every request needs this box checked before it's accepted. We store the exact wording, the time it was given and the page it came from:
By checking this box, I agree that ClearTap Guide may share my information with up to 3 water treatment providers serving my area, and that ClearTap Guide and those providers may contact me at the phone number and email I provided, including by calls and texts that may use automated technology or prerecorded messages, about my request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. I can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts). I agree to the Privacy Policy.
Shared leads go to no more than 3 providers, as the consent states.

Straight talk
ClearTap Guide is a new site. We don't publish traffic or lead counts, and we won't promise volumes we can't back up. That's why founding prices are low.
